If chosen, Kaivac will evaluate your school's current cleaning program before delivering and setting up the machine. We fully support your custodians with an in-person training session plus weekly micro training check-ins via email.

Kaivac also generates meaningful data to share with administrators, facility directors, and equipment buyers throughout the pilot. This data includes mid-point and end-of-trial custodial surveys, pre and post ATP testing (optional), along with time and resource use summaries.
