Kaivac Forms New Company to Serve Growing Market Overseas
Kaivac, Inc., developer of the No-Touch Cleaning® and award-winning OmniFlex™ Crossover cleaning systems, announces the formation and launch of Kaivac EMEA GmbH, a new company based in Neumarkt am Wallersee, Austria.
Through its new European-based distribution center and offices, Kaivac EMEA GmbH will provide world-class support services for Kaivac’s innovative cleaning systems marketed in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, which is commonly referred to as the “EMEA” region. In addition, this organization will also support India.
The support services include customer service, logistics, sales, marketing, accounting, and more.
According to Josh Howard, Kaivac’s vice president of global sales, the new company is “dedicated to growing the Kaivac brand throughout the region.”
In addition to supporting Kaivac’s current dealer network in the EMEA region, “the new organization will target and develop distribution partners in strategic locations throughout the region. [This will allow us to] have a physical presence in over 20 countries, which we will continue to grow,” he explains.
Howard adds that the EMEA region is a very important strategic area of growth for Kaivac in 2016, and it’s the future of Kaivac globally. “We’ve come a long way from developing a cleaning machine in a small warehouse in a small Ohio town. Today, Kaivac equipment is sold around the world and our goal is to provide world-class service and support wherever our products are marketed.”
